Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential partners in the hospitality, F&B, fitness, and leisure sectors.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts with hotels, restaurants, gyms, and beach clubs.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

• Work closely with internal teams to design attractive offers for members.

• Monitor partner performance and ensure quality standards are met.

• Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or hospitality sector.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of the UAE hospitality and lifestyle market is an advantage.

• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• A third language is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
