Partnerships Officer

The Partnerships Officer at iCareer (BasharSoft) is responsible for managing relationships with employer partners across various projects and support them in meeting their hiring needs. You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging new partners while tracking progress through the central system.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential employer and community partners across various sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand partners’ hiring needs, regularly follow up, and support them with relevant candidate pipelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner and vacancy data, ensuring proper tracking of progress and outcomes.
• Support reporting efforts, including preparing dashboards and updates for internal stakeholders and donors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and share market insights on hiring trends and sector needs.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filters)
• Ability to manage multiple partners across different projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working on donor-funded projects
• Familiarity with the Egyptian job market and key sectors (ICT, construction, hospitality, health, F&B, garments)
• Background in recruitment, HR, or employer engagement
• Previous involvement in student activities
