About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Supervisor to manage and grow strategic partner relationships, driving business growth and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value. This role combines relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to support expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to support growth
- Supervise partnership activities and monitor team performance
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to execute partnership campaigns
- Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commission structures
- Track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs
- Prepare reports and presentations for management
- Ensure partners comply with company policies and brand guidelines
- Resolve partner issues and maintain long-term relationships
- Support overall business development strategy and expansion plans
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and generate insights
- Good organizational and project management skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
