Partnerships Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Supervisor to manage and grow strategic partner relationships, driving business growth and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value. This role combines relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to support expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to support growth
• Supervise partnership activities and monitor team performance
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to execute partnership campaigns
• Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commission structures
• Track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Ensure partners comply with company policies and brand guidelines
• Resolve partner issues and maintain long-term relationships
• Support overall business development strategy and expansion plans

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and generate insights
• Good organizational and project management skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
