Parts Administrator-Automotive

Job Overview
Euro Motors is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Parts Administrator (Automotive) to join our dynamic team. Based in Sitrah, Bahrain, this is a Full-Time position within our thriving automotive division. Responsibilities
* Process parts orders accurately and efficiently for internal and external customers.
* Maintain and update the parts inventory system to ensure stock levels are accurate.
* Liaise with suppliers to place orders, track shipments, and ensure the timely delivery of parts.
* Handle parts-related enquiries from technicians, service advisors, and customers in a professional manner.
* Prepare and generate reports related to stock levels, order status, and departmental performance.
* Assist with regular stock-taking, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
* Manage the administration of returns, warranties, and exchanges according to company policy.
* Ensure all paperwork, including invoices and delivery notes, is correctly processed and filed.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Proficient in using inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
* Previous experience as a Parts Administrator or a strong knowledge of automotive components would be highly advantageous.
