Parts Advisor (German Cars)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with strong knowledge of German Cars including brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist workshop technicians with correct parts allocation
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical parts advice
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels
• Process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of parts

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Specialist
• Strong knowledge of German vehicle brands and components
• Familiarity with automotive parts software/EPC systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop or dealership environment
• Knowledge of genuine and aftermarket parts sourcing is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dealership or European car specialist workshop
• Technical automotive background
• UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
