Responsibilities/Job Description

Monday Friday generally 8am 5pm.

Normally, no Saturday, occasionally some OT on weekdays.

First line of communication with regards to taking calls for customer parts quotes/orders, helping branch CSRs with parts questions, and service pickup calls/emails from Cole reps and customers.

File warranty claims for appropriate vendor.

Receive parts and equipment orders into inventory and pick customer orders, branch transfers, and branch service technician transfers using scan gun.

Point of contact for demo equipment management (outgoing an inbound).

Occasionally cycle count inventory in service department.

Demonstrate safety practices regarding forklift operation and parts safety.
Skills & Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Friendly, helpful and service oriented.

Has a good memory, makes few mistakes and is accurate with orders/parts numbers etc.

Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Knowledgeable in basic computer word processing, spreadsheet, and Email management.

Strong understanding of mechanical schematics.
-
Valid U.S. Drivers License.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check required.
Offered compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr
