Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support our fast-paced fleet service and refrigeration shop. If you have experience with automotive parts, heavy-duty truck parts, or dealership parts departments, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a respected industry leader.

✅ Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts
Forklift certification (or willingness to complete certification)
Valid, clean driver’s license
Willingness to travel for training
Strong team player with a professional, respectful demeanor
Detail-focused with a strong work ethic
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen

️ What You’ll Do

Order parts from preferred vendors
Create purchase orders (Pos) and manage invoices
Receive and stock parts; maintain bin locations and inventory levels
Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits
Support technicians by providing needed parts
Manage parts returns, warranties, and slow-moving inventory
Operate a forklift for loading/unloading parts
Maintain a clean and organized parts department
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Additional duties as assigned
