SUMMARY:
The Parts Clerk Performs parts and supply inventory stocking, generation of purchase orders, logging parts into the system, arrangement of pickup and delivery of parts and supplies, ensuring parts are charged out, processing paperwork, filing and other clerical duties as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order parts and supplies in accordance with stocking levels and maintenance needs, following purchasing guidelines.

Generate and receive purchase orders and invoices on purchases.

Adjust stocking levels to meet production demands.

Count, sort or weigh incoming orders to verify receipt.

Set up and perform inventory measurements at company mandated intervals.

Process shop paperwork and mailing in a timely manner.

Perform other job functions related to the position as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience receiving materials and parts, maintaining inventory records and processing purchase orders.

Able to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
