**Location:** On-site at Central Florida Paint & Body – Orlando, FL

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Pay:** $20.00 per hour

**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (3-day weekends every week!)

Central Florida Paint & Body is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our fast growing team! The right candidate should be motivated, organized, and have a desire to grow. The Parts Coordinator is responsible for helping to increase the level of productivity of the service technicians by handling the flow of parts.

Position Summary: Responsible for incoming parts and delivery to appropriate destinations. Helps streamline parts process and assists in overall technician efficiency by having parts organized and available for jobs. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, security and integrity of parts department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Tasks:

  • Receives, unpacks and counts incoming parts, as well as quality checks to ensure received parts are in appropriate condition.
  • Prepare, in advance, the parts carts and display the parts in the required sequence of utilization by the service technician.
  • Deliver the carts to each service technician and confirm that all required parts have been provided.
  • Retrieves stocked items or parts, packs items and delivers to designated recipients.
  • Maintains inventory levels; assists in maintaining inventory control.
  • Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in parts department, supply rooms, or other areas.
  • Communicates inventory levels and related matters with other departments.
  • Maintain integrity of parts room and related secured areas.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
