Parts Coordinator

Parts Coordinator Job Summary
Key Mechanical is seeking a Parts Coordinator to assist with parts procurement for our branch in Kent, Washington. The individual in this role would work with technicians, clients, manufacturers, and parts suppliers to coordinate accurate parts procurement and delivery. Candidates for this position need to be reliable, organized, proactive, and have a desire to learn and grow.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with technicians and dispatchers with parts flow
• Obtain accurate model/serial numbers for parts requests from technicians
• Manage open ‘waiting parts’ work orders, update portals daily
• Identify and assess customers’ parts needs to meet or exceed client expectations
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to clients/technicians/OEM/management
• Field client and technician questions and concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer/vendor interactions, and process client accounts
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Manage parts requests, ordering, and distribution
• Provide general warehouse assistance

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
