Job Summary:

The Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining the organization’s fleet of vehicles. This role ensures that all vehicles are in optimal condition, schedules are adhered to, and drivers comply with company policies and safety standards. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily vehicle operations, including assignments, routes, and schedules.
  • Monitor fleet performance, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations.
  • Maintain records of vehicle usage, inspections, repairs, and fuel consumption.
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in procurement of new vehicles, spare parts, and fuel.
  • Track vehicle expenses and assist in budget management for fleet operations.
  • Implement and monitor vehicle policies, procedures, and compliance with local laws.
  • Report on fleet performance metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns or emergencies and coordinate necessary support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle coordination, or logistics operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
