Job Summary:
Act as a liaison between your direct manager, all company departments, all company managers and manufacturers to effectively order parts, receive and ship parts and ship truck one online orders.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to parts-related inquiries from Homemakers employees, manufacturer representatives, and manufacturers.

Train new team members on the parts process and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Assist service and other team members with parts knowledge and warranty-related questions.

Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to handle sensitive and high-volume workloads.

Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect parts received or ordered.

Process parts orders and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.

Oversee inventory management, including cycle counts and aisle organization.

Maintain and stock parts inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.

Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and 72-hour acknowledgements to ensure timely processing.

Review and submit parts invoices for payment.

Submit technician and parts-related chargebacks as needed.

Keep work areas and workstations clean and organized.

Notify appropriate departments or team members when packages arrive and are ready for retrieval.

Assist in service routing and SOS-outsourcing service technicians out of area.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, especially in high-pressure situations.

Adhere to scheduled work hours and be available for overtime as required.

Foster a positive and cooperative work environment with all Homemakers employees.

Participate in one-on-one discussions regarding parts ordering and processes with service team members.

Demonstrate motivation to exceed team expectations and deliver exceptional support.
Qualifications:

Basic computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

1-2 years of retail and/ or customer service experience preferred.
Physical & Environmental Expectations:

Extended sitting at desk for work on a computer.

Typing skills of 35 net wpm.

Strong 10-key/data entry skills.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.
