Parts Coordinator - AUTO BODY SHOP

Overview

Steve's Auto Body is a rapidly growing MSO in the St. Louis region. The Parts Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping repairs on schedule, controlling costs, and ensuring repair accuracy. The position is responsible for sourcing, ordering, tracking, receiving, and returning parts for repair orders while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting the production team.

This role directly impacts cycle time, gross profit, throughput, and overall customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

• *Order all parts after dissasembly utlitizing proper software.
• * Follow up on order status
• * Update team on ETA of parts
• * Post parts in CCC
• *Mirror match new parts to old parts to ensure accuracy.
• * Negotiate cleanup on LKQ parts.
• *Load part carts according to the standard.
• *Handles all returns and credits.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
