Parts Counter Salesperson

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | Alternating Saturdays, 8 a.m.– 12:00 p.m.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and energetic individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Salesperson. This is a dynamic role that combines customer service with hands-on work — ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and staying active throughout the day.

This position is not just about ringing up sales — it involves a high level of product knowledge, problem-solving, and team collaboration. You'll be supporting both walk-in customers and internal teams, while also helping with day-to-day warehouse and inventory tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers in person and on the phone, and assist with identifying and locating the parts they need
• Provide accurate product, pricing, and availability information
• Enter and process sales transactions using our computer system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient counter and workspace
• Assist with inventory: restocking shelves, pulling orders, and performing cycle counts
• Pick and stage parts for delivery or customer pickup
• Help move and organize inventory in the warehouse when needed
• Work closely with your team to meet customer needs and maintain service standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or parts/warehouse environments is helpful
• Ability to learn our inventory system and basic product knowledge (training provided)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to be part of a team
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move products throughout the day
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work alternating Saturdays
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
