As a Parts Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support. You’ll be the first point of contact for retail customers over the counter and by remote channels, helping them find the parts they need to keep their operations running smoothly.

What You’ll do:

  • Be the Voice of Customer Service: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line and assist over the counter customers, addressing their parts needs with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Stay Ahead of Customer Needs: Proactively manage a daily customer call list to communicate and anticipate weekly and monthly orders including coordinating delivery routes.
  • Facilitate Orders Smoothly: Verify customer account status and secure necessary authorizations to ensure seamless accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Create a Welcoming Space: Organize and restock the showroom to provide customers with an inviting shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 years of experience in sales or a related field, particularly in the tank trailer industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, anticipate challenges and rise to meet them.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications for efficient sales management.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills to oversee multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb, or crouch.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal skills with customers, management, and team members.
