Parts Manager – Acura of Highland Park

We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager who knows how to run a department, lead a team, and drive performance. If you have spent time in the parts business and are ready to take ownership of a department, we want to talk.
- Direct collaboration with service leadership to maximize efficiency and fill rates

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Work closely with the service department to ensure parts availability and minimize delays
- Lead, develop, and hold the parts team accountable
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate effectively- Track department performance and report against monthly objectives
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department
- At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Comfortable reading a financial statement and managing to a budget
- Experience with a DMS system required
- Acura or Honda experience is a plus, not required
- Strong communicator with a high level of organization and follow-through
- Someone who holds the standard and leads by example

$55,000 – $80,000 per year. Compensation dependent on experience.
