About the Role

We are seeking a qualified contractor to support the role of Parts Return Specialist, responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking returned agriculture and construction parts from dealerships, service centers, and customers.

This role supports warranty operations, inventory accuracy, and quality control by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work across warehouse, office, and shipping/receiving environments to support operational efficiency and minimize losses.

This opportunity is open to individuals located in the New Holland, PA and surrounding areas

Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third‑party payroll supplier, ETeams, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties
  • Receive, inspect, and process returned parts in accordance with company guidelines and warranty policies
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and conditions against return authorizations and shipping documentation
  • Accurately log returned items into inventory management and ERP systems
  • Tag, label, and route returned parts to the appropriate department for inspection, testing, refurbishment, or disposal
Deliverables or Project Scope
  • Complete and accurate return documentation, including return authorizations, credit memos, and warranty claim forms
  • Organized and audit‑ready warranty and return records maintained in compliance with internal standards
  • Routine reporting on return volumes, processing timelines, and claim status for operational review
  • Proper documentation and handling of defective, hazardous, or restricted components in accordance with safety and environmental regulations
Collaboration Tools or Platforms
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent inventory platforms)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Collaboration with Warranty, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams
  • Ongoing communication with dealerships, service centers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in parts returns, warranty processing, logistics, or inventory control
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or technical certification
  • Experience supporting agriculture or construction equipment parts operations
  • Familiarity with warranty policies and inventory control processes
Additional Information / Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Work environment may include warehouse, office, and shipping/receiving areas
  • Must adhere to all company safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for contractor roles supporting Accenture is determined by the contractor’s employer eTeam and varies depending on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience.
