- Ensure proper inventory levels in the parts stock room.
- Prepare work orders for the techs and have parts ready with the work order.
- Use CMMS program to generate inventory and cost reports.
- Receive and maintain BoLs with delivery drivers.
- Ensure packaging slips have proper signatures and verify delivery counts.
- Return parts to manufacturers when necessary.
- Keep a clean and organized storage area.
- All other relevant tasks to the job.
Requirements:
- Experience with procurement and inventory control required.
- Good computer and general technology skills.
- Experience with CMMS program preferred.
