Parts Runner

As a Parts Runner, you'll be on the move, actively supporting our team with timely deliveries, pickups, and logistical coordination. Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and transport parts and supplies within the warehouse and to various job sites using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Drive company vehicles, including box trucks or <PERSON> driver vehicles, to deliver parts to customers, vendors, or service locations following designated routes.
• Load and secure items properly for transport to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist with inventory management by organizing parts in the warehouse and updating delivery records accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Support warehouse operations through manual lifting of heavy items, moving stock as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Warehouse experience including loading/unloading and inventory handling.
• Valid commercial driving license with experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles.
• Delivery driver experience with route driving and navigation skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely.
• Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in load & unload procedures and delivery documentation.
