Parts Sales and Ordering Assistant

Appliance Repair and Parts company looking for a Parts Sales and Ordering Assistant

Some knowledge of the appliance repair industry would be helpful but not required.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Create parts orders and receiving of the parts.
• Taking orders over the phone or calling backorders.
• Tracking orders. Maintaining inventory and stock levels.
• Help check customers out at the sales counter.
• Packing & Shipping out online orders.
• Complete invoices, take payments.
• Some light cleaning duties like mopping or sweeping

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Schedule is Monday to Friday 9-3
