Parts Sales & Service Representative

Parts Sales & Services Representative for Pumps will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, and driving sales of parts and services related to our pumps & products.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team for regular inspections and to provide accurate product information.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Min 2 Years experience in sales or after sales service.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of pumps and related systems.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the industrial equipment sector.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
