We've been helping Northwest Ohio \"escape from grouchy\" since 1950. Ralph's is a second-generation, family-owned appliance and bedding retailer with stores in Tiffin, Findlay, and Fremont. We carry top brands — GE, Bosch, Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire, Speed Queen, and more — and we sell, deliver, install, and service everything we sell. Our service department is what sets us apart, and the Parts & Service Coordinator is the person who keeps it running.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Parts & Service Coordinator owns the parts side of every service call. You'll order parts from vendors, track every shipment, record the six required fields on every order (vendor, order date, carrier, tracking #, expected arrival, received date, invoice #), file warranty claims, and tell our techs and our customers exactly when each part is going to arrive. When a customer calls to ask \"where's my part?\", you're the person with the answer.

- Customer-friendly — comfortable telling a homeowner exactly when their part will arrive
- Team-oriented — works closely with service technicians and the warehouse
- Honest, dependable, and unflappable when six things land on your desk at once
- Willingness to learn — vendor systems, our POS, and the parts side of every brand we carry
BENEFITS
Full-time Monday – Friday (nights, weekends, and holidays off)
Hourly pay $17.00 – $22.00 based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Strong computer skills — comfortable in email, spreadsheets, vendor web portals, and our POS
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to write a clear note and make a clear phone call
Demonstrated attention to detail — the role lives or dies on six required fields on every service call
Ability to manage multiple open parts orders simultaneously without losing track
Comfortable working in a small-team environment where ownership of the function matters
Customer-service, dispatch, parts, warranty, or admin experience preferred — but not required
