Part‑Time Server

Joe’s is looking for an experienced Part‑Time Server to join our team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, friendly environment and enjoy taking great care of guests, we’d love to meet you.

Position Details

• Part‑time role
• Prior serving experience required
• Bartending experience a plus — opportunities to pick up bar shifts
• Competitive hourly pay + tips
• Must be 18 or older

Schedule

Server shifts are staggered and typically range from 4.5–5.5 hours each:

• Wednesday–Saturday evenings between 3:00pm–10:00pm
• Sundays between 10:00am–10:00pm

What We’re Looking For

• Prior serving experience required — ideally in a full‑service restaurant setting
• Strong table management and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to maintain composure and accuracy during peak hours
• Bartending experience is a plus
