Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and set a lively atmosphere for the event.
- Lead party games, entertainment, and interactive activities.
- Ensure guests, especially children (if applicable), are engaged and entertained.
- Coordinate with event manager, and f&b teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle basic event logistics, such as party rooms, seating arrangements and Runsheet management.
- Address guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.
- Assist with setup and cleanup before and after the event.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in event hosting, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Background in performing arts, hospitality, or event management is a bonus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children (for kids' parties).
- Ability to engage large crowds confidently.
- Basic knowledge of sound systems and event equipment (optional).

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients for event sales, including corporate organizations, schools, and private clients.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Create tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase event offerings.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized event solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process.
✅ Event Planning & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event partners as needed.
- Ensure all event details align with client expectations and company standards.
✅ Revenue & Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in event sales, hospitality, or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
