Party Host

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests during events, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and that guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for providing exceptional guest services.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
• Coordinate and manage activities, games, and entertainment during parties.
• Collaborate with the events management team to prepare for upcoming events.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Handle transactions accurately when necessary.
• Maintain a safe environment for all attendees, including monitoring pool areas if applicable (lifeguard certification is a plus).
• Foster positive relationships with guests, especially children, to enhance their overall experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or guest services is preferred.
• Background in events management or theater can be beneficial.
• Experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
• A resort or recreational background can enhance your candidacy.
