Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of party events, including setup, execution, and cleanup to ensure seamless celebrations.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide clear information about party packages and activities.
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, resolving any issues or conflicts promptly to maintain a fun and safe environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately for party bookings, merchandise sales, or additional services.
• Assist with food service operations during parties, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of refreshments.
• Engage with children and guests through lively public speaking, entertainment support, or guided activities to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards, including lifeguard responsibilities if applicable, and enforce facility rules.

Requirements

• experience in events management or hospitality environments; experience in resort or theater settings is a plus.
• customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with guests of all ages.
• conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
• Previous cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and accountability during transactions.
• Working knowledge of guest services, food service operations, and hospitality best practices.

Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour
