EVA Washington, D.C. Branch, near Washington Dulles International Airport, IAD, has immediate full-time openings for Passenger Inside & Outside Sales. Experience related to the position is preferred but entry-level is also welcomed. Essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and Canva.

3. Willingness to travel for training or to support other stations as required.

4. Availability to participate in weekend events and activities.

5. Possession of a valid driver’s license is preferred.

6. Ability to multitask, solve problems independently, and work overtime when needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PASSENGER INSIDE & OUTSIDE SALES

1. Monitor market trends to ensure competitiveness.

2. Assist in fare structure planning and product promotions

3. Develop content for social media, advertising, email marketing, promotional materials, and multi-channel campaigns.

4. Maintain good relationships with partners and develop business opportunities.

5. Represent EVA Airways at trade shows and promotional events.

6. Coordinate with teams across North America and Taipei Headquarters
