Passionate and Experienced FOH Server

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidates will be hospitality driven and have a strong commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using Lightspeed POS
• Provide detailed menu information and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently.
• Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service during peak hours.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support dining operations as needed, including setup, serving, and breakdown.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
