About Company & Role Purpose

A leading food and beverage manufacturing company is seeking a Pasteurizer Plant Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain pasteurization equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient processing of dairy or liquid products according to quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Operate pasteurization machinery according to standard procedures.

· Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow rates during processing.

· Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment.

· Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

· Record production data accurately and maintain logs.

· Report any equipment malfunctions or quality deviations immediately.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Technical or vocational certification in food processing, dairy technology, or a related field is preferred.

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a food or beverage production environment, preferably in dairy or liquid processing.

· Previous experience operating pasteurization equipment is an advantage.

· Strong understanding of pasteurization processes, temperature controls, and pressure systems.

· Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO) is preferred.

Skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in monitoring processing parameters.

· Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols precisely.

· Basic mechanical aptitude for routine checks and maintenance.

· Good communication skills for reporting issues to supervisors.

· Basic computer skills for logging production data.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods.

· Problem-solving skills to identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality deviations.
