Responsibilities:
- Dessert Preparation:
- Create and execute a variety of exquisite pastries and baked goods with precision and flair.
- Oversee the preparation and baking of desserts, ensuring consistent quality.
- Menu Development:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and enhance the pastry and bakery menu.
- Introduce new and innovative dessert concepts to captivate our customers.
- Leadership in the Kitchen:
- Lead the pastry and bakery section, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff in pastry arts.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols in the pastry and bakery section.
- Inventory Management:
- Manage and monitor inventory for pastry and bakery ingredients.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality materials.
