Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef for a premium French cuisine restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in French pastries, desserts, and bakery items, with a passion for quality and presentation. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality French pastries and desserts.
  • Develop new dessert menus in line with the restaurant’s concept.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients.
  • Supervise and train junior pastry staff.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or fine-dining restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of French pastry techniques and desserts.
  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Currently available in Qatar or ready for immediate relocation.
