We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef for a premium French cuisine restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in French pastries, desserts, and bakery items, with a passion for quality and presentation. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality French pastries and desserts.
- Develop new dessert menus in line with the restaurant’s concept.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a premium or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French pastry techniques and desserts.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Currently available in Qatar or ready for immediate relocation.
