About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about baking and dessert creation, with strong expertise in American & European Desserts and classic continental techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of high-quality pastries and desserts
- Develop and innovate new dessert recipes and seasonal menu offerings
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Manage daily pastry kitchen operations and assist with inventory control
- Collaborate with the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Passion for high-quality food and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred
