What We’re Looking For:

Proven Experience: A solid background in professional pastry arts (cafe or restaurant experience preferred).

Creative Flair: The ability to design and develop new, "instagrammable," and delicious desserts from scratch.

Consistency & Quality: High standards for taste, texture, and visual presentation.

Efficiency: Ability to manage inventory, minimize waste, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and launch a rotating menu of innovative pastries and sweets.

Oversee the daily production of all baked goods.

Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed.

Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our cafe’s offerings fresh and exciting.
