Pastry Chef

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working as a Pastry Chef in Fine Dining, QSR, or Bakery operations in Kuwait with strong expertise in pastry production, dessert preparation, and food costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and product quality
• Develop and follow standardized recipes
• Ensure proper portion control and food costing
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Support kitchen operations and team coordination
• Maintain production planning and inventory control

Requirements

• Mandatory experience as Pastry Chef in Kuwait
• Experience in Fine Dining / QSR / Bakery is required
• Strong knowledge of pastry production and food costing
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Transferable visa preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
