Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in bakery and café operations
- Strong expertise in pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, viennoiserie, and baked products
- Experience in menu development and product innovation
- Ability to maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Gulf experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop bakery and pastry items for café operations
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Monitor kitchen operations, inventory, and food cost control
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff
- Develop seasonal and signature bakery items
