Job description

Position: Commis - Pastry

Location: Ajman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the preparation and presentation of all dishes from the cold kitchen section.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation as per the hotel's standards.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in line with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management for the cold kitchen.
  • Control food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
