Patch Management Engineer

Role Summary:
The Patch Management Engineer is responsible for managing the end-to-end patching process, ensuring systems are updated securely and efficiently while maintaining business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patch deployment for servers, workstations, and applications.
• Coordinate with system owners to schedule and validate patches.
• Perform pre- and post-deployment testing and rollback planning.
• Track patch compliance and prepare regular status reports.
• Integrate patching with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in patch management or system administration.
• Experience with Qualys Patch Management or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation.

Pay: BD800.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
