Patent Agent/Patent Attorney

You must be willing to dive head-first into uncharted territory; but don't worry--your strong technical mind, creativity, solid problem solving skills, and the ability to adapt to new situations will lead you forward on the path of success. Strong technical writing skills are a must! And you must be curious to learn about new technologies and how they could be applied commercially. We will train you to use proprietary patent search and analysis software, and to write Patent Office Action Responses, draft patent applications, etc.

Required Background:

You must have a strong technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or high-tech. An advanced degree is preferred but not required. Experience with patents and new technologies is a plus. This position is a great fit for a patent agent or attorney who is interested in helping clients strategically develop patent portfolios to protect their cutting-edge technology.
