Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Global search of patents.
• Understanding and identification of novelty of inventions in chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and allied scientific domains.
• Conducting searches for identifying relevant products, compounds, or standards and analysis of the literature related to the products or compounds.
• Rating/ranking of patents based on the similarities and/or differences identified with the relevant products, compounds, or standards.
• Preparation of EOU / claim charts based on the relevant products or compounds identified.
• Client interactions & maintaining quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Desired Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills with basic understanding of chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or related scientific domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent comprehension skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Well-developed interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP) fundamentals and/or Patent laws will be a plus.

Qualifications:

• Desired experience: FRESHERS / 0 – 6 months.
• Course specialization: B. Sc / M. Sc in Chemistry especially organic chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science/Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or allied domains with special focus on chemistry/biochemistry
• Academic % Criteria 10th, 12th, Graduation/ Post Graduation: Above 60 %.
• Tentative date of interview: Immediate
• Tentative date of joining: Immediate interview
• Process: Telephonic, Face to Face Education and Experience
• Education and Experience: Fresher with B. Sc / M. Sc (Chemistry especially organic chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Life Science or Biology with chemistry as one subject, Pharmaceutical Sciences or allied domains) are eligible.
