Job description:

Position: Patent Trainee / Associate

We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong technical background to join our dynamic Patent Team. Freshers with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patent searches & prior art analysis

Prepare replies to FERs and Written Submissions for hearings

Draft patent specifications & claims

Support clients in IP strategy & advisory

Stay updated with patent law developments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field

(Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Electronics, Science, etc.)

Strong analytical & research skills

Excellent written communication

Interest in IPR & patent law

Prior patent experience preferred (not mandatory)
