Patent Drafting Associate (Pharma & Computers)

KAnalysis is expanding its Intellectual Property team! We are looking for a Patent Drafting Associate with strong expertise in Computer Science (Pharma exposure is a plus) to join our growing and dynamic law firm.

Role Highlights:
✔ Drafting high-quality patent specifications & claims
✔ Prior art searches & patentability analysis
✔ Responding to office actions
✔ Infringement & FTO analysis
✔ Client interaction & portfolio management
✔ Working on cutting-edge technologies

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science
• 1–4 years of hands-on patent drafting experience
• Must have drafted minimum 50 patents
• Strong knowledge of Indian & international patent laws
• Excellent communication & drafting skills
• Indian Patent Agent (preferred)

Remuneration: As per skills and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹196,742.27 - ₹1,031,002.00 per year
