Patent Prosecution Attorney (Independent Contractor)

Dergosits & Noah LLP is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney (Independent Contractor) with at least 5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. The candidate must be admitted to practice before the USPTO. A degree in the computer science or electrical engineering is highly preferred. The candidate must have written at least 20-25 patent applications in the areas of computer software and hardware, preferably, machine learning/AI, cloud computing, networking, robotics, CPUs and GPUs. The role is completely remote and flexible.
