Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blood samples to detect abnormalities and disease presence.
• Examine tissue biopsies under the microscope for pathological changes.
• Interpret laboratory data and communicate diagnostic findings to clinicians.
• Recommend further tests or bone-marrow evaluation when needed.
• Monitor patients’ responses to hematologic treatments and therapies.
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in laboratory procedures.
• Maintain and validate hematology and pathology laboratory protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient diagnosis and management.

Skill & Experience

• Strong microscopic and morphological diagnostic abilities in cell pathology.
• In-depth knowledge of hematology, coagulation, and bone-marrow pathology.
• Excellent analytical thinking to interpret complex laboratory data.
• Effective communication skills for consulting with clinical teams.
• Proficiency in maintaining laboratory compliance and quality assurance.
• Commitment to continuous learning in medical research and new techniques.
