Marcam Associates is hiring multiple accounts receivable representatives to act as a patient advocate for hospitals nationwide. Our ideal applicants should have positive, kind personalities, and find pleasure helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but all new hires are thoroughly trained to grow their health care industry knowledge and customer service skills. Additionally, we offer Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist Certifications through AAHAM and opportunities to advance within Marcam Associates.

Candidates should be comfortable being on the phone all day communicating with patients to assist them in resolving outstanding bills with hospitals and other medical facilities.

Requirements:

· Dependable

· Customer Service - preferred

· Highschool diploma or GED – preferred

· Basic healthcare system knowledge - preferred

· Basic Computer knowledge

· Eager to learn new skills

Office Location: One location in Rochester, NH OR remote.

Work Remotely: Immediately after picking PC up from the office on your 1st day.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/ week

Pay: ~38,000 Starting
