Patient Advocate / Dental Call Center onsite

Patient Care Coordinator – Bluegrass Dentistry
Location: Louisville, KY
Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000/year base + Bonus Potential ($65,000–$90,000 total earnings)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, some Saturdays remotely

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Patient Advocate who thrives on the phone and excels at turning conversations into booked consultations. This is a high-energy, call-driven role where success comes from persistence, professionalism, and the ability to connect with people quickly. You’ll be the first voice patients hear, guiding them from inquiry to consultation—and setting the tone for life-changing treatment.

This position isn’t for everyone. It’s a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where you’ll spend much of your day making and receiving calls, following up on leads, and driving patients to take action. Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule consultations
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Build trust and educate patients on treatment options, creating urgency to book
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and moving forward
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM and monitor performance metrics
  • Support marketing and lead-generation activities
  • Assist with medical records management and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Keep reception and front desk areas professional and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven phone sales, call center, or outbound calling experience
  • Dental AND appointment scheduling experience
  • Confident, persuasive communicator who loves talking on the phone
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong drive to succeed
  • CRM experience required; Dentrix and dental office experience preferred (not required)
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
