PsychPlus is seeking a Patient Billing Support Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of medical billing—required in the mental health field—to support our patients and ensure a smooth billing experience.

Shift: US Time Zone

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle patient calls and voicemails, responding promptly
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment-related questions
• Provide clear explanations of mental health billing and insurance processes
• Accurately document and manage patient interactions within the billing system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of patient concerns

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong understanding of medical billing (experience with mental health billing for mental health specialty)
• Experience handling patient calls or voicemails in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Collaborate MD (CMD) billing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
