Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator with fluent English, located in Atasehir. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, coordinating comprehensive patient care from initial consultation through treatment completion, and handling multilingual phone communications international patients. Key responsibilities include maintaining CRM systems and patient databases, ensuring accurate data entry of patient information and treatment records, conducting patient follow-up communications, and effectively using dental terminology in day-to-day interactions. This role is essential in delivering a seamless, patient-centered experience and supporting our international patient services.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Care Coordination and Patient Care management
  • Proficiency in Medical/Dental Terminology
  • ZOHO CRM system management and database administration experience
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Experience with international patient coordination preferred
