Job Description

Position: Senior Patient Care Coordinator (Sales + Front Operations)
Location: Aesthetica360 – Sector 33, Noida
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000 + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 1–3 years (Aesthetic / Dental / Healthcare sales preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and performance-driven professional who can convert enquiries into appointments and ensure a great patient experience. Growth-oriented role with fast-track promotion to Clinic Manager based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle new enquiries through WhatsApp, calls & walk-ins
  • Convert enquiries into consultations and treatments
  • Build rapport, explain treatment benefits, and handle objections confidently
  • Follow-up on leads until closure using CRM
  • Create premium patient experience from first call till treatment completion
  • Coordinate with doctors and therapists for scheduling and smooth operations
  • Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports
  • Support basic reception duties (bills, records, etc.)

Required Skills & Traits

  • Excellent communication & convincing skills
  • Presentable, confident, well-groomed personality
  • Ability to handle high-ticket treatment conversations
  • Strong follow-up discipline, target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business)

Work Schedule
