Summary
Responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients. Will guide patients through the process from initial greeting and addressing questions to scheduling and processing payments following treatment. Will also maintain records and accounts and ensure the reception area remains clean and professional.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all patients both in person and via the phone. Answer questions and concerns, schedule appointments and ensure scheduling stays on track, and process all payments. Notify providers of any service delays and ensure optimization of patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization.

Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.

Consistently track and maintain inventory. Anticipate and notify about needed supplies; verify receipt of supplies.

Adhere to all policy, procedures, and federal, state, and local laws to ensure the protection of patients' personal and financial information.

Support the call center, as scheduled.

Ensure the waiting area, front desk, and restroom are free of clutter and remain clean/sanitized. Clean and stock the providers rooms.

Perform other administrative duties and/or support projects, as assigned.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a professional setting

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical spa or medical office
