About the Role

We are a growing functional medicine and integrative wellness clinic seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Assistant) to support both front desk operations and clinical care.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, organization, and being part of a collaborative, healing-focused environment. You will play a key role in both the patient experience and the daily flow of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities- Front Desk & Patient Coordination

  • Manage scheduling for multiple providers and therapies
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate patient visits, follow-ups, and lab appointments
  • Ensure new patient intake forms and consents are completed
  • Support billing tasks, including collecting payments and managing packages

Clinical Support

  • Room patients and obtain basic vitals
  • Assist with patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Support providers with basic clinical tasks as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment spaces

Wellness Therapies Support

  • Operate hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) after training
  • Support red light therapy and other wellness services
  • Follow all safety, cleaning, and documentation protocols

Administrative & Daily Operations

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and supplements
  • Keep front desk and treatment areas organized and stocked
  • Support daily opening and closing tasks
  • Help ensure smooth, efficient clinic flow

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in a medical office, clinic, or patient-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic software
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with functional medicine or holistic health
  • Experience with supplements, labs, or wellness therapies
  • Interest in long-term health, prevention, and root-cause care

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay:
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience
